I ordered this part in early March, it appeared to be in stock. Several days later I received an email that it was back ordered. Than I received a plastic Kitchen Aid lid in the mail. I called to complain but their hours are M-F 8-5 and therefor very inconvenient. I emailed, my issues, I emailed again. Now I have called my credit card company to request a refund. Will never order from Goodmans again.
